Creative pathways
to wellbeing

Art Psychotherapy

Using art materials and the creative process as a bridge to inner experience — no artistic skill required. A gentle, non-intrusive space to explore feelings, thoughts, and memories that can be hard to put into words.

Nature-Based Art Psychotherapy

Integrating natural settings, materials, and the living world into therapeutic work. Rooted in connection with the environment, this approach supports a deeper understanding of self — and our place among all living things.

In Person & Online

Flexible sessions to meet you where you are. Whether face-to-face or through a screen, the commitment to a safe, attentive, and creative therapeutic space remains the same.
